Hi, I’m EllenKate, the owner, baker, and everything in between here at Pink Box Bakery.

Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine, and after earning my pastry degree from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, I turned that passion into a small, home-based bakery.

Every item is made from scratch right in my kitchen with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of heart. Whether it’s a custom cake, a box of pastries, or your favorite cookies, I’m committed to creating something that tastes just as good as it looks.
